We usually pack in cartons, and fragile products will be packed in wooden frames.
Q7: What is your return policy?
Our return policy allows for returns up to 30 days from the original date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Q8: What if I received an incorrect or defective item?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We do our best to ensure the quality of our products and inspect all our products before packaging and shipping. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a picture (if defective) of the product.
Q9: What if my order was damaged during shipping?
If your order was damaged during shipping, we will gladly file a claim with the carrier and exchange it for a new one. Please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and a picture of the damaged box and product.
Q10: Can I install my new body kit part myself?
We strongly advise customers to have professional installers to handle the work. We cannot be responsible for any damage associated with and during any installation.
